Safe & Sound First Aid Training Ltd. (est. 1999) is a Training Partner for the Canadian Red Cross First Aid Program. Based in Coquitlam, BC, we run a variety of first aid courses throughout the Lower Mainland. Our mission is to create safer communities, help prevent injuries and save lives through education and training.
You can attend one of our public courses, or host one in the convenience of your own venue. We teach programs in workplaces, schools and community facilities.

CPR Level HCP (Health Care Provider)
If you are a health care provider, you may now be required to take the CPR HCP program (Health Care Provider). For more information on this advanced CPR course, please click here.
Workplace First Aid
The Red Cross Workplace Emergency First Aid (WEFA) program is equivalent to an OFA Level 1. WEFA is recognized by WorkSafe BC and is designed for adults in the workplace. If you or your staff need to take this course, please contact us to register.
Child Care First Aid
The Emergency Child Care First Aid & CPR program (formerly ChildSafe) is designed for child care workers, teachers, parents, grandparents and babysitters. It is recognized by Community Care Facilities Licensing Board (CCFLB) for child care workers in BC.
First Aid and CPR skills are easy to learn!
The Canadian Red Cross First Aid & CPR programs incorporate the latest international guidelines for first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
If you have never been trained in first aid or CPR, now is the time to learn how to save a life. If you have previously received CPR training, take a refresher course and learn how recent research has made it even easier to learn, retain and perform CPR.
