Emergency Child Care First Aid  & CPR (formerly ChildSafe)
The Red Cross Emergency Child Care First Aid & CPR (ECC) course is designed for caregivers of babies and children. This course is approved for Day Care and Day Home Providers in BC by the BC Provincial Childcare Facilities Licensing.
This course introduces first aid basics and safety knowledge for parents and caregivers of babies and children, to help them create safe environment for their children, prevent injuries and know what to do in case of an emergency. The Emergency Child Care First Aid & CPR course covers accident prevention, basic first aid and life saving skills for caregivers of babies and children. Course participants receive a Red Cross "Child Care First Aid & CPR" manual and certificate (included in the course fee). Duration	9 Hours (8 hours instruction + 1 hour break)
Materials Provided	Manual, wall and wallet certificates.
Pre-requisites	None
